Massage on Friday
Margarita White-McColl is a remedial massage therapist specialising in Rhythmical Massage. This massage technique was developed by medical doctors working with Rudolf Steiner's understanding of the human being in health and illness. It is a gentle connective tissue massage that penetrates deeply to relax, release and restore many of the body's natural rhythms. the massage is effective in the treatment of many acute and chronic conditions and is beneficial during life's transitions.

Community Gym
A great way to meet members of the local community and improve your fitness at the same time!
Where: in the rear hall at West Winds Community Centre - go through the building, or down the driveway to the right and through the underpass.
The West Winds community gym offers exercise bikes, a treadmill, bars for pull-ups, chin-ups etc, rings, boxes, Olympic bars and plates, dumb bells, kettleballs, medicine balls and wall balls of various weights. These not for loan or hire outside of the gym.
